Primary responsibilities: Equipping and encouraging parents to be the primary faith formers in the lives of their children; equipping and encouraging the saints to serve in ministry to kids; ensuring for the safety, security, and faith-forming growth opportunities for kids through 11 years old; creating meaningful, compelling and relevant environments in which kids can grow in relation with one another and with their Savior and God!

What I like best about my ministry: Partnering with moms and dads to equip them to enthusiastically take charge of the faith formation of their children; seeing kids make God-honoring decisions in and with their lives.
